Short Term RentalFire Restoration
This 1,000-square-foot, two-bedroom, one-bath residence in central Oklahoma City was acquired as a severely distressed fire-damaged property. A fire had destroyed much of the rear portion of the home, requiring the structure to be taken back to the studs and completely rebuilt.
Recognizing the property's potential, the project was envisioned as a high-quality short-term rental that could provide guests with a unique experience while revitalizing an underutilized asset. The renovation included a complete reconstruction of the home, updated systems and finishes throughout, and the addition of a covered rear porch that expanded the property's functionality and appeal.
By transforming a severely damaged structure into a desirable residential destination, the project demonstrated the value of strategic redevelopment and thoughtful design. Noun Studio served as developer, designer, project manager, investor, and general contractor throughout the process.
